Campaign Idea
I’m fine…?
People have many different kinds of emotions, including positive ones and negative ones. When people are facing negative emotions, they tend to choose to escape because it is always easier to bury those feelings rather than face them.
“I’m fine.” This sentence is often a camouflage that people use to pretend they are doing well, or an excuse to not listen to and care about themselves. Some day, those negative emotions and thoughts would be too much to bear. Just like the bottom of an iceberg or the tree roots underground, it would only become more and more intricate and hard to control.
Therefore, we should face our emotions before it’s too late. Try to embrace our complicated yet beautiful feelings and know ourselves better and manage our emotions better.
